The petitioner wants disposal of his application dated 10.11.2018 under Section 151 C.P.C. within a time bound period.
I do not find any good reason to issue any such direction. That apart no supplementary affidavit has been filed by the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 12.12.2018.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed.
