Heard Mr. Satish Chandra Singh, the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 13th April, 2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the fourth and fifth line of the second paragraph of the order dated 13th April, 2018, the description of the complaint case giving rise to the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has wrongly been transcribed as "Prabhawati Mishra Vs. Jaya Ram Mishra and others", whereas the correct description is "Prabhawati Mishra Vs. Jaya Mishra and others". He, therefore, submits that the aforesaid mistakes occurring in the order dated 13th April, 2018 be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
In place of description "Prabhawati Mishra Vs. Jaya Ram Mishra and others", as occurring in the fourth and fifth line of the second paragraph of the order dated 13th April, 2018, the description "Prabhawati Mishra Vs. Jaya Mishra and others", shall be read.
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 13th April, 2018.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
