Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.
The petitioners are having dispute with respondent No.5 who is none other than the real brother of petitioner No.2 in respect of a house on account of which there are frequent quarrels between the parties. The petitioners want the District Magistrate to intervene in the matter and to take legal actions against respondent No.5.
The administrative authorities do not come into picture in a private dispute and therefore we do not deem it necessary to issue any direction to them or to the District Magistrate for taking any action as desired by the petitioners.
The petitioners may take appropriate legal remedies as may be open to them in law.
