Heard learned Advocate Mr. Shelat for applicants, learned Advocate Mr. Majmudar for opponent. Considering submissions made by both learned advocates and also considering averments made by applicant in this application supported by affidavit, delay of 253 days in filing of an appeal is hereby condoned in interest of justice since sufficient cause to satisfaction of this Court is shown by applicant.
