The principal prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Civil Suit No.438 of 2018 and for a further direction to the parties to maintain status quo.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the defendants have been served by publication.
According to learned counsel, the petitioner is an old woman and the defendants are raising constructions.
Having regard to the above facts, the trial court is directed to decided the application for temporary injunction, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. However, no case is made out for grant of ex parte injunction as the order of the trial court dated 26.09.2018 declining ex parte injunction is not under challenge.
The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
