Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)/Fast Track Court, Sharki, Allahabad to decide Original Suit No. 679 of 2008 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it appears that the last date fixed was for recording of expert evidence. It appears that the Court is doing the needful, therefore, at this stage, no specific direction need be issued.
However, since the case is about a decade old, in absence of any legal impediment, the court shall endeavour to bring the suit proceeding to its logical conclusion, in accordance with law, without entertaining unnecessary adjournments.
