The grievance of the petitioner who claims to be the owner of an extent of 14.78 ares of land comprised in re- survey No: 167/6 (old survey No: 332/A) of Alappad Village, Kollam district is that her property is being illegally used by the sixth respondent for conducting mining operations. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P7 representation to the second respondent. She complains that the same has not been considered till date. Adv. M.Gopikrishnan Nambiar appears for the sixth respondent. The Govt. Pleader appears for respondents 1 to 5. 2. Since Ext.P6 is pending before the second respondent, it is sufficient that the said representation is considered and disposed of.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the second respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the sixth respondent and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall be at liberty to produce additional documents in support of her case, if necessary.
