Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.
2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to respondents 2 to 4 to give protection to the life of the petitioner. Petitioner has made allegation against the 6th respondent who is the daughter in law of the petitioner, married to his son Saju, who expired in an accident.
3. Learned Government Pleader submits that on a direction of Magistrate, Police has registered crime both against the petitioner and 6th respondent. It is further submitted that no complaint has been submitted to the police by the petitioner. He submits that there is a dispute between the petitioner and 6th respondent with regard to which Police can neither intervene nor take any steps since no complaint has been submitted before the Police.
In view of the above, we close the Writ Petition.
