Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.
This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 678 of 2015, u/s 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 120-B IPC, P.S. Daurala, District Meerut with the prayer for enlarging him on bail. The first bail was rejected by Hon'ble Pratyush Kumar, J. on merit.
Having heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and considering the fact that it is consistent case that the applicant is named in the F.I.R.; the incident took place in broad day light in which the applicant and two others have been assigned role of firing on the deceased, I do not find any fresh ground for enlarging the applicant on bail.
The bail application is, accordingly, rejected.
