Learned Additional Government Advocate states that a police report has already been filed before the competent Court. A copy thereof has also been shown to us.
Having considered the facts stated, we do not find any just reason now to examine merits of the writ petition.
The writ petition, hence, is dismissed.
The petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy, if he is having any grievance with the report submitted under Section 173 (3) Cr.P.C.
