Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that father of the petitioner late Devta Shankar Mishra was getting his pension after his retirement. It is further argued that he got his pension upto April, 2021 but thereafter no pension was paid to him till his death i.e. on 18.09.2021 regarding which representation was submitted before the District Magistrate, Bhadohi, copy of which is appended as annexure 5 to the writ petition.
It is stated by learned Standing Counsel that the District Magistrate, Bhadohi will decide the same expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.
In the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Bhadohi to pass appropriate order on the aforesaid representation in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.
With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition is disposed of finally.
It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the case and thus it is for authority concerned to take a decision independently in accordance with law.
