The petitioner raised a complaint before the District Telecome Committee, the second respondent. Ext.P4 is the complaint. The complaint is in terms of Ext.P3 Government Order which directs the District Telecome Committee to address the grievance of the public regarding operation of mobile tower. In view of Ext.P4, there shall be a direction to second respondent to take up Ext.P4 within a period of one month after hearing the petitioner and the fourth respondent. If it is found that the tower operates with the transponder exceeding the limit, necessary direction shall be issued to the 4th respondent to bring down the radiation or to stop the activities.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
