JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner applied for regular permit on the route Puralimala - Iritty which route passes through rural and ill served areas. The regular permit was granted and timings have not yet been settled. In the meanwhile, the petitioner applied for a temporary permit. It is only appropriate that the temporary permit application being Ext.P3 be considered and allowed for a period of four months, especially when the regular permit application is pending consideration, if not on settled timings, at least on the proposed timing. 2. In such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Secretary to consider Ext.P3 application for temporary permit and pass orders thereon, within a period of 'one month' from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment.
Writ petition disposed of.
