The petitioner is a registered owner of a stage carriage vehicle KL-13 J 9252. He has preferred Ext.P1 application for temporary permit before the respondent. The preliminary prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the same.
2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider the application if there is a vacancy of the stage carriage KL-58 K 4121 in the route in question and in the absence of any other person having a better or preferential claim to grant temporary permit for four months duration within a week of production of the certified copy of the judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
