Heard Sri Riyaz Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents, while Sri Jogendra Nath Verma, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party No.3.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:-
"(i) Writ of mandamus commanding the opposite parties may be directed to give positive marks to the petitioner for the answer option No.4 word "SRISHTA" of question No.45 of (A) series question booklet, and thereafter to issue fresh result of the petitioner."
List this case on 05.02.2019 as fresh to enable the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel to seek instructions in the matter.
