1. Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no.4 is taken on record.
2. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to give protection to the petitioners who have married out of their own sweet will and against their parents wishes.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner no.2 has married with petitioner no.1 on 14.12.2019 at Arya Samaj Mandir, Allahabad and as per the High-School mark sheet she is 29 years of age.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.4 Akhilesh Kumar S/o Sachidanand Chaturvedi the father of the petitioner no.2, says that an FIR has been lodged at P.S. Kotwali, District- Mainpuri, under Section 366 I.P.C. in case crime no.1265 of 2019 regarding abduction of petitioner no.2.
5. In case the petitioners are major and they have married out of their own sweet will, they are directed to approach the S.H.O., P.S.- Kotwali, District Mainpuri who shall produce the petitioner no.2 before the C.J.M., concerned for recording of her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and the C.J.M. may thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
6. Accordingly the writ petition disposed of.
