Heard Sri Rajeev Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the State-respondent and Sri Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3.
The petitioner claims to be an assistant teacher. He is aggrieved with the inaction of the respondent no.3 in not taking decision on his claim for remaining salary for the period from 1.1.2011 to October 2013 and the difference in Grade Pay-band Rs.4600/- since 28.8.2015.
Learned standing counsel and the learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 jointly state that the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 14.3.2018 before the respondent no.3, which shall be decided by the respondent no. 3, in accordance with law, within a time bound period.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 14.3.2018 and to pass an order strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably, within eight weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
