Petitioners were Nursing Consultants, who claim to have been engaged after retirement till the age of 65 years. Fresh appointment letters were issued to them on 04.02.2016 and 01.01.2016 respectively. Grievance is that though petitioners have worked from 24.10.2017 to 04.12.2017, but the amount due and payable to them has not been released. Various representations made since have not been considered, therefore, the petitioners are before this Court.
Learned standing counsel submits that petitioner's claim shall be considered by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 3 to accord consideration to the petitioners' claim, as noticed above, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
