2. Perused the petition.
3. Petitioner has sought to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.14015/2015 pending on the file of XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Bengaluru registered for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
4. It is verified from the Karnataka High Court Website that the proceedings before the trial Court are disposed of by order dated 3.10.2018 and hence, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2016 filed for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
