Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(I) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 4 to conclude and decide the Restoration Case No. RST/00873 of 2018, Computer Case No. T201814700300873 (Prabha Devi Vs. State), under Section 34 of L.R. Act, within stipulate period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It has been stated that a mutation case under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2016.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to decide the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
