Petitioner has retried from the post of Safai Karamchari in Nagar Nigam, Allahabad on 30.6.2020. It is stated that though pension is being paid to petitioner but other retiral benefits towards gratuity, leave encashment, group insurance alongwith arrears of 7th pay commission and arrears of selection grade have not been paid to her so far.
Sri M.N. Singh, appearing for the respondents states that amount could not be paid earlier due to financial stringency and that such amount would be paid to petitioner within a reasonable period of time.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.2 to examine petitioner's claim and to ensure that all withheld amount are paid to petitioner, within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
