The prayer sought in this proceedings is to quash the FIR in Crime No. 33/2014 of the Medical College Police Station, Kozhikode. Now, it is submitted that investigation is in fact over, and the police has submitted final report in court. If so, this proceeding will have to be closed, however, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to seek appropriate relief under the law as regards the final report. In the result, this Crl.M.C. is closed, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to seek appropriate relief as regards the final report.
