Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the Public Interest Litigation as it is formally defective.
Hence, we dismiss the Public Interest Litigation as being withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh one in accordance with law. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
