JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 21438 of 2014 Date: 30.07.2014 Between:
Prof. K. Viyanna Rao & others.
… Petitioners And The Hon’ble Lokayukta of Andhra Pradesh, Rep., by its Registrar, Hyderabad.
… Respondent This Court made the following:
THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO
WRIT PETITION No. 21438 of 2014
ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition is wholly premature. However, we feel that without supplying a copy of the complaint said to have been made by any complainant to the Lokayukta the petitioners cannot be expected to answer anything else. Therefore, we direct the learned Lokayukta to supply a true copy of the complaint forthwith to the petitioners. On receipt of the same, it would be open for the petitioners to appear before the Lokayukta through duly authorized agents, which include learned lawyers. In that process appearance of the petitioners shall be intimated and the date of appearance shall be rescheduled.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
