Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in respect of the impugned proceedings of the second respondent made in Proc.No.2308/A4/2012 dated 03.10.2012 and quash the same in so far as it relates to the petitioner is concern and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate and allow the petitioner to continue in service until all the existing vacancies in the 3rd respondent institution is filled up through Teachers Recruitment Board.
For Petitioner in both Cont.P & W.P. : Mr.R.Balachanderan For Respondents in both Cont.P & W.P. : Mr.K.V.Dhanapalan Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the Contempt Petition as well as the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in both the petitions.
2.Recording the above said submission and in view of the endorsement made, both the Contempt Petition and the writ petition are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
