THIS CRL.P. COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Petitioner is the complainant. Based on the complaint lodged by him, FIR is registered by the Rajanakunte police in Crime No.184/2015 under Sections 143, 427, 448, 380, 149 of IPC.
2. The only apprehension expressed by the petitioner is that the respondent-police are not conducting fair and proper investigation into the matter and therefore he has sought for a direction to the respondent-police to conduct proper and fair investigation into the matter. Even otherwise, law casts a duty on the investigating agencies to conduct fair and proper investigation.
3. In that view of the matter, the respondent- police investigating into the aforesaid Crime No.184/2015 are directed to conduct fair and proper investigation and submit a final report before the jurisdictional Court, within three months from the date of communication of this order, if not submitted by now.
Communicate this order to the Investigation Officer in Crime No.184/2015, forthwith.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
