Fortunately for this Court, the mediation has worked out and the parties have entered into a settlement and the terms of compromise have been forwarded to this Court. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel on both sides that the terms of compromise have been complied with and nothing more remains to be done in pursuance to the compromise entered into between the parties. It is also submitted that the appeal may be allowed to be withdrawn.

Recording the compromise, this appeal is allowed to be withdrawn.
