The petitioner seeks consideration of an application which he claims to have filed before the respondent. Ext.P2 is a reminder of the application said to have been filed. If the application has been received in original in the office of the respondent, necessarily the respondent shall consider it in accordance with law. Even if no application has been received, if the Act permits, the petitioner shall make another application and the same shall be considered in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of.
