Petitioners apprehend arrest by the Thaliparamba Police Station. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that on information received that the petitioners are engaged in money lending business without licence, their premises was searched on 28.05.2014, but nothing incriminating could be recovered. No case is registered against the petitioners. They are not required for any purpose now.
In the light of the above, the petitioners need not apprehend arrest now. The application is closed without prejudice to the petitioner moving again in case of genuine apprehension of arrest in future.
