Initially, the petitioner was placed under suspension on the ground that he is an accused in Crime No. 2280/2013 on the file of Palakkad Town South Police Station. Complaining of non consideration of his representation made to the first respondent regarding revocation of suspension, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 2. Today, at the bar, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the petitioner has already been reinstated. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed as having not survived for consideration.
