JUDGMENT / ORDER

Being aggrieved of Ext.P1 series assessment orders passed by the 1st respondent in respect of different assessment years, the petitioner has filed Ext.P2 series Revision Petitions, along with Ext.P3 series petitions for stay, which are pending consideration before the 3rd respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that, without any regard to the pendency of the above proceedings, the respondents are proceeding with coercive steps, as borne by Ext.P4 series notices, which hence are sought to be intercepted by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 series petitions for stay, in the light of Ext.P8 judgment, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within 'one month' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Coercive proceedings pursuant to Ext.P4 series notices shall be W.P.C.No.28778 of 2014 2 kept in abeyance till such time.
Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along with copy of the writ petition, before both the third respondent, for further steps.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
