The petitioner and the 3rd respondent are rival operators; the former in a regular permit and the latter in a temporary permit. The petitioner's contention is with respect to the clash of timings with respect to the timings granted to the service of the 3rd respondent, for operating on temporary permit. 2. In any event, the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent submits that the temporary permit expires on 29.12.2014 and that he does not intend to continue the same.
In the light of the above, the writ petition is closed; however, leaving open the contentions of the petitioner.
