The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 submits that the order of this Court dated 26.08.2016 in W.P.(MD)No.15989 of 2016 has been complied with and produced copy of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 19.09.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and made an endorsement to that effect.
