JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.C.Jagdish, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider their representation dated 22.09.2016, wherein and whereby, they sought for permission to sell E-Rickshaw and also to register the same through the Regional Transport Offices throughout the State.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation sent on 22.09.2016, is still pending consideration.
4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the second respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2016 and pass orders on the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall also give personal hearing to the petitioner before deciding such request. No costs.
