Pursuant to our order dated 04th January, 2019 Sri M.C. Chaturvedi, learned Additional Advocate General, has received the instruction, which he has produced before the Court.
A perusal of the instruction indicates that the respondents have amended the tender specification. The relevant part of the Amended Tender Specification reads as under:
"2. The bidder shall be a company, registered under the companies Act 1956 or registered under L.L.P. or proprietor ship/ partner ship firm for deployment of the manpower services."
In view of the above, we find that no cause of action survives. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Interim order granted on 04th January, 2019 stands vacated.
The Amended Tender Specification, produced before us, is taken on record.
