Just a fine of `1,000/- imposed under Section 15(c) of the Kerala Abkari Act, on trial, on the allegation that the revision petitioners were found consuming liquor in public place, is the issue in this revision. There is nobody to make representation on behalf of the revision petitioners or to make arguments in this revision. On the last posting date also there was no representation in Court. It appears that the revision petitioners are not interested in prosecuting this matter, which has been pending since 2003. In the above circumstances, this revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
