The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging Exhibit P9 issued by the second respondent. Against Exhibit P9, admittedly the petitioner has preferred Exhibit P10 revision, which is pending before the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions, Thiruvananthapuram as Revision Petition No.158 of 2014. The same is accompanied by Exhibit P11, which is a petition, I.A.No.2744 of 2014 seeking necessary interim orders. The petitioner has filed this writ petition during the pendency of Exhibits P10 and P11. For the above reason, this writ petition is not maintainable. The same is therefore dismissed. Sd/-
