Judgment: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Learned counsel for the appellants, after arguing for some time, submits that his clients are prepared to accept the order of the learned trial Judge, provided certain materials which are possessed by his clients are considered at the time of disposal of the pending application.
Accepting the said submission, we dispose of the writ appeal allowing the appellants to produce the legally acceptable documents before the respondents at the time of consideration of the application in terms of the order of the learned trial Judge. Thereafter, the respondents shall consider the same and pass a speaking order in accordance with law.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand disposed of. No costs.
