This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.123 of 2012 from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Nuzvid and transfer the same to Family Court, Ranga Reddy.
Petitioner herein is wife and respondent herein is husband. According to affidavit, husband filed the above referred H.M.O.P.No.123 of 2012 for grant of divorce and the wife is contesting the same.
According to the affidavit of the petitioner, she is staying at Secunderabad and she has no financial assistance and also unemployee and she is depending on her parents and brother and it is difficult for her to travel all the way to Nuzvid for the purpose of this case and that she has no relatives or friends at Nuzvid.
On the ground of convenience, she sought transfer of the said O.P. from the Senior Civil Judge, Nuzvid to Family Court, Ranga Reddy.
Other side has not filed any counter. Heard arguments.
Advocate for respondent submitted that instead of Family Court, Ranga Reddy, it may be transferred to Family Court, Hyderabad.
Considering the submission of advocate for respondent, I feel that the request of the wife can be considered by transferring O.P. to Family Court, Hyderabad.
Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.123 of 2012 is withdrawn from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Nuzvid and transferred to Family Court, Hyderabad for disposal in accordance with law.
Accordingly, this Transfer C.M.P. is allowed.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Transfer C.M.P., the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
