This Court (Coram: Anant S. Dave, J) had issued notice vide common order dated 23.11.2011 in both these matters.
Ms.Megha Chitaliya, learned Assistant Government Pleader, tenders a communication dated 29.12.2011, which is taken on record. The said communication indicates that the petitioners in both the petitions are accommodated as per their merits.
Mr.Ruturaj Nanavati, learned advocate for the petitioner appears in Special Civil Application No.17046 of 2011 as well as on behalf of Mr.N.D.Buch, learned advocate for the petitioners, in Special Civil Application No.17052 of 2011, and states that in view of the aforesaid communication dated 29.12.2011 the grievance of the petitioners is redressed and both the petitions have become infructuous.
Both the petitions are disposed of as having become infructuous. NOTICE discharged. No costs.
