ORDER: (per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta)
We have seen the prayer portion of the writ petition. We are of the view that it is not public interest litigation as the person affected would be the administration of the community hall. Therefore, no member of the public can come to bring action.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed on that ground. However, liberty is given to the affected person to approach appropriate Court.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
