This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.2 has not been disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner against proceedings No.R.C.F/3215/2014, dated 30.08.2014, of respondent No.3.
In view of this innocuous grievance of the petitioner, without adjudicating on the legality or otherwise of the aforesaid proceedings, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, after giving him an opportunity of personal hearing, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.43450 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
