2. The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of directions given by the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayatnagar, Ranga Reddy Distract in C.C.SR.No.3898 of 20154, dated 21.08.2014, neither any crime is registered nor any investigation is taken up by the respondent-police, particularly, respondent No.2.
3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that the orders of the learned Magistrate were received by the Station House Officer, however, the Sub-Inspector (Admn) went on leave to attend the funeral of his mother and locked the papers kept with him, wherein the private complaint of the petitioner is lying and hence, no action could be initiated. However, after the present writ petition is filed respondent No.2 has immediately traced out the said private complaint and registered a case in Crime No.995/2014 on 25.11.2014 and investigation is taken up. It is further stated that investigation would be taken up expeditiously and appropriate report would be filed before the Jurisdictional court.
4. In view of the aforesaid instructions, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet/final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate expeditiously.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
