Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This contempt case is filed alleging non-compliance of order of this Court dated 13.6.2014 in W.P.No. 15639 of 2014.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, filed a memo enclosing a copy of order, dated 6.10.2014 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Nellore in compliance of order of this Court dated 13.6.2014 in W.P.No. 15639 of 2014.
However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seriously contends that the said order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Nellore is antedated and is already questioned in the subsequent writ petition. Leaving that question open to the petitioner, the contempt case is dismissed, along with miscellaneous applications, if any. No order as to costs.
