After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate application in the pending writ petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
