This petition is filed to quash proceedings of F.I.R. in Crime No.325 of 2012 of Mancherial Police Station, Adilabad District for the alleged offence under Section 506 read with 34 I.P.C.
Heard both sides.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police completed investigation and filed charge sheet on 16- 8-2014 before II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mancherial.
In view of completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
