ORDER:
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is on the ground that the appeal filed by the petitioners before the Joint Collector, Guntur is pending under Section 4-A & B of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act.
2. The writ petition was adjourned on the last five occasions to enable the learned Assistant Government Pleader to get instructions. Today, on the basis of the instructions received from the Collector, learned Assistant Government Pleader states that the appeal filed by the petitioners has since been disposed of by the Joint Collector giving liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur and the said orders are already communicated by Speed Post to the petitioners as well as to the counsel for the petitioners.
3. In view of the disposal of the appeal, as aforesaid, it is for the petitioners to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
