JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petition under Section 438 of CR.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Station House Officer, Mulug Police Station to release the Petitioner/Accused No.2 on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No. 57 of 2014 of Police Station, Mulug, Warangal District.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P. Prabhakar Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor on behalf of Respondent- State, the Court made the following
ORDER:-
“Heard both sides.
This petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner-A.2 for release in the event of his arrest in connection with crime No.57 of 2014 of Mulug Police Station, Warangal District, registered for an offence punishable under Sections 120B, 409, 419, 420, 468, 506 and 471 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner-A.2 is that he has identified A.1, impersonator, as Gundepu Bhaskar and thereby facilitated in a document being registered. The crime has been registered on the basis of a private complaint. A.3 was granted the relief under section 438 Cr.P.C.
The record discloses that except the fact that the petitioner has identified the impersonator, there is no other specific allegation against the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner can be considered for the relief of anticipatory bail.

Hence, this petition is allowed and the petitioner-
A.2 is directed to surrender before the SHO, Mulug Police Station, within two weeks from today and on such surrender he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for the likesum each to the satisfaction of the said SHO. Further, the petitioner shall make himself available to the investigating authorities as and when required for the purpose of investigation until filing of the charge sheet, he shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer and shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
