JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Advocate for petitioner and learned A.G.P. have submitted that in connection with the issue involved in present petition, certain proceedings are pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court. Learned A.G.P. has submitted that next date of hearing before the Hon'ble Apex Court is 17.08.2012. It is, therefore, requested that the hearing of present petition may be adjourned to any date beyond 17.08.2012. Hence, S.O. to 21.08.2012.
