ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not releasing and supplying the essential commodities in favour of the petitioner, so as to enable the petitioner to continue and distribute the essential commodities to the cardholders of Shop No.21 of Inagallu village and Post, Parchuru Mandal, Prakasam District as arbitrary, malafide, illegal, improper, void, vitiated, unwarranted, perverse, violative of statutory provisions of law and consequently direct the respondents to release and supply the essential commodities in favour of the petitioner.”
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), on instructions, submitted that respondent No.5 has released the stocks to the petitioner yesterday.
In view of this subsequent event, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.40301 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
